What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and what you bought. Stripe processes your payment; we never see your full card number. If you join our email list, we keep your email address and your signup preferences. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
- To fill your order: charge your card, calculate tax, ship your records, and send order emails.
- To answer questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To send marketing email only if you signed up for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run the store: Stripe (payment and sales tax), our shipping-label providers and carriers, Google Analytics (site usage), Mailgun and MailPoet (email delivery), and Cloudflare and our hosting provider (site delivery and security). We don’t sell your personal information.

The site uses cookies for the cart, checkout, caching, and analytics. Our Cookie Policy explains each one and how to control them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe.
Security
We work to protect your information with encryption in transit and access controls, but no website or email system can be perfectly secure.
Your choices
Email us to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what the law lets us delete. Unsubscribe from marketing any time with the link in the email.
Children
The site isn’t directed to children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
